From Community+ or support offer to wallet in a few taps
Open the Menu
On your mobile device, tap the menu icon (☰) at the top-right corner of the Urgent2K website to reveal the navigation options.
Go to Marketplace
Select Marketplace from the menu. You'll see a list of active support offers along with their amounts, return rates, and terms.
Request Support
Choose your preferred support offer and tap "Request Support". Your application will be sent to the supporter for review.
Receive Your Funds
Once the supporter approves, the support amount is credited directly to your Urgent2K wallet — ready for immediate withdrawal.
Track and complete your return schedule with confidence
Check Your Active Support Plan
Navigate to the "My Support Plan" section to view your active support plan(s), outstanding balance, and return schedule.
Ensure Your Wallet is Funded
Check that your Urgent2K wallet has enough balance to cover the return. If it doesn't, top it up first.
Add Money to Your Wallet
Go to Wallet → Add Money, enter the amount you need, tap "Continue Payment" and follow the prompts.
Make Your Return
Head back to My Support Plan, tap "Pay Now", enter your return amount, select Wallet as payment method, and confirm.
